This brief portfolio gives a glimpse into my past experience as a design leader. While the visuals of the portfolio are nice to look at, my most meaningful work has been with designing teams & amplifying people’s leadership.
Product Vision
Design helps to visualize the north star or 1-2 year product vision so we have a long-term outcome to strive for. This vision is typically grounded in people’s needs and current problems, whether or not they realize they have an issue in their lives. Co-creation & agreement of principles around the vision is key for consensus building.

Flexible engagement model with trusted collaboration between product, engineering, and design. Bias towards experimentation, learning and failing fast.
