Are you ready for 2022? Is the world ready for you?
Join us for our experiential six-week online leadership program that will support you as you make space to design your most successful and fulfilled 2022. Previous years may have been about short-lived, soon-to-be-abandoned New Year’s resolutions which lead to more items on your busy to-do list. Instead, we will co-create your North Star and leave you with a roadmap for how to lead with purpose in 2022.
In the weekly 90-minute sessions, we will explore tools that allow you to connect with your 2022 intention, design a program to help you live into your values, and create a support team that will help you stay on track. Between classes, you will practice the skills learned in our sessions.
Learn and practice:
Your unique, values-based leadership style
Tools and techniques to enhance that leadership style
Your limitations to reaching your 2022 outcome—your North Star—including limiting beliefs & imposter syndrome
Self-awareness to build your influence and understanding of your life’s work, your connections, and your community/organization
You will walk away with concrete, holistic outcomes that will enhance your professional and personal life in 2022:
Focused leadership intention and values for the year to help prioritize decision-making
Frameworks to establish boundaries between and set commitments across your professional and personal lives
Skills to prioritize and build the right relationships to accomplish common goals
Tools to break through limiting beliefs and address imposter syndrome
Greater confidence in your authentic voice and leadership style
A roadmap to guide the rest of your 2022
