Eight months of group support ending with a retreat in Hawaii to multiply your productivity & balance within a community of like-minded women
Are you a high-achieving, female professional looking to sustain passion, purpose, and balance day-in and day-out in your leadership? While it might be easy to find your best self at a leadership retreat surrounded by towering trees and crashing surf, it’s a struggle to stay centered amidst the constant demands, huge responsibilities, and societal pressures in the modern workplace, especially when you’ve got something big on the horizon.
The heroines who’ve attended our women’s leadership retreat return home:
“feeling more confident in my ability to lead myself and others with grace”
having “connected more deeply with myself and reignited my inner spark”
Hooray!
But amidst the busy-ness of day-to-day work it’s hard to sustain that hard won confidence, skill, grace, connection, and spark. It’s damn hard. Even for us. And we’re leadership coaches! We teach this stuff!
Thus, for the first time, we are creating an eight-month leadership circle for an intimate group of ten seasoned, high-achieving professionals. You have an inner heroine within, but struggle to keep her front and center in the midst of the daily challenges that come with leadership. You’ve reached the limits of trying to sustain this way of being alone. You want others to do it with.
Let’s make sure this leadership circle is for you. Are you someone who…
… self identifies as a powerful, dynamic woman or non-binary person, though it’s really nice to be reminded just how capable and strong you are.
… is a mid-career professional actively leading a team or supporting other leaders, but the weight of responsibility can sometimes feel heavy and overwhelming.
… is confident in some aspects of integrated leadership (spaciousness, flow, connection, inner heroine, outer presence), but not all at once, or not when stressed.
… is committed to practicing conscious leadership (closely related to servant leadership), but continually give away your time and energy to other people, and don’t invest enough in yourself.
… is ambitious and driven, but struggles to do the important when the urgent is pressing.
… thrives in the company of like-minded peers who can see, value, and honor one another’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, but leadership feels lonely right now.
… whole-heartedly embraces new experiences and being lovingly challenged.
If this sounds like you, then you’re in the right place. Welcome!
Members of the Heroine’s Leadership Circle will gain mastery of INTEGRATED LEADERSHIP. You’ll practice skills and strategies to become confident in all aspects of your leadership, both the strengths and the shadows. Deeply know your authentic style and develop an experimental mindset to continue growing consistently throughout the rest of your leadership journey… and your life. With this knowledge, you can be the best leader both for yourself and the teams you support
VISION — Live into your purpose and calling. Clarify your values. Make progress towards a huge professional goal that matters most to you; or clarify the goal. Learn skills to achieve this vision.
CONNECTION — This group of supportive women at your back ensures leadership doesn't feel lonely. Here, you will be valued, seen, supported, and embraced for the messy miracle of a human you are. You’ll leave with the life-long skills of how to create a support network for you and your teams.
SPACIOUSNESS — Practice personalized strategies to manage the busy-ness of everyday life. Create healthy boundaries. Develop resilience. Manage energy, not time. Find what works for you.
INNER WISDOM — Deeply know all aspects of yourself: your emotional intelligence, bodily wisdom, and inner cheerleaders/critics. Through cultivating this inner wisdom, you can fully understand your unique leadership style and become confident that you are leading in a way that feels true to yourself.
FLOW — Rather than fight the current or get stuck on the rocks, enter a state of flow with whatever the Universe may bring. Find humor, magic, gratitude, and awe in even the hardest of times.
OUTER PRESENCE: Navigate the world of relationships, both managing up and harnessing the strengths of everyone on your team so that your org can do impossible things. Become clear and confident expressing your values and presence to the outer world through both the good and bad times.
This curated group of four to ten experienced leaders will meet for 90 minutes on Zoom every other week from mid-October 2023 to mid-May 2024. The first month’s focus is to clearly identify your inner heroines and share her with the group.
Then, each member picks a big thing: a major professional goal to accomplish by May 2024. Our work together as a group is to help each and every one of us achieve their big thing while simultaneously sustaining your inner heroine, through the good times, the tough times, and everything in between.
Finally, it all culminates in a four-day, three-night retreat in Oahu, Hawaii, May 17-20, 2024! What better way to celebrate the collective achievement of our big things than gathering in person to toast our success with umbrella drinks! The long weekend will be an integrated mix of workshops, surfing, artistic expression, and fun in the sun with this extraordinary circle of leaders. You’ll have private accommodations in a gorgeous, waterfront resort on Oahu. Prepare to be pampered with delicious drinks, meals and snacks starting with Friday dinner and continuing through Monday breakfast. You are responsible for your own travel & transportation to and from our resort, but we’ll take care of everything from there.
Bonus! You'll receive lots of special surprises: welcome gifts, free books, 20 minute leadership videos every week, office hours, and special surprises.

Tutti and Irene met each other freshman year at Stanford University. In the following decades, they’ve supported each other through weddings, becoming moms, and many traveling adventures around the globe together. After disparate careers (in design & technology for Tutti and science & education for Irene), they’ve come together as coaches to combine their teachings in this Heroine’s Journey.

Irene Salter
Irene has an unparalleled mind with a PhD in neuroscience, master's in psychology, and 20+ years of leadership experience, but it’s her heart and soul that people fall in love with. This is your own personal think tank of powerful female leaders. We will kick-off the entire experience with exercises to better understand your inner heroine and declare our big visions to the group. In follow-up calls, Irene and Tutti will dive deeper into the five aspects of integrated leadership — Spaciousness, Flow, Connection, Inner Wisdom, Outer Presence — teaching the science behind each theme as well as offering actionable strategies and practices to start experimenting with. We’ll begin each call with a centering practice and brief check in. Then for those individuals that request support that week, the collective wisdom in the group will come to your aid. Irene and Tutti will also offer spot coaching as needed. Always, the goal is to help one another overcome obstacles, grow ourselves as leaders, support our teams, and build our dreams.
-
In addition, every member of the Leadership Circle gets free access to the Leader’s Lighthouse, an online course designed and taught by Irene with 20 minutes of video content that drops into your email every week. There, you will learn the leadership skills that most admin programs don't teach you: survival skills like how to manage your overflowing to do lists and email inboxes, and advanced training to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
-
We're all busy leaders, and things will come up that make it impossible to attend. We get it. All sessions will be recorded and made available to watch later. However, the power of a mastermind is in the collective. The expectation is that you will give just as much as you get, maybe more. We will make every effort to schedule meetings for times that are convenient for you. In return, please hold our meeting times sacred to the best of your ability and be fully present and engaged while you are there.
-
Absolutely! You will have access to Irene, Tutti, and the mastermind group via email, text, and/or phone in between meetings. There are monthly office hours off weeks. We will have a folder in Google Drive to share resources. Those enrolled in the Heroine’s Leadership Circle will receive the special gift of two individual deep coaching sessions, one with Irene, one with Tutti.
Most importantly though is your secret admirer. Often, when it's hard to take action on our own, having a team around you makes the impossible possible. We want your greatest wish to actually come true. We want you to overcome that professional challenge that has been in the way your whole life. Thus, you will be assigned another mastermind member to be your secret admirer (aka accountability partner) to support you every day of your journey. Five days a week, you'll share an update and receive observations, appreciation, and support in return. In this way, you'll get exactly the support you need in the moment both from me, and from someone in the group.
These 5-10 minutes a day sharing and receiving will result in a greater return on investment than you can possibly imagine. Think of it as your commitment to get 1% better as a mission and service driven leader every day. $1,000 invested with 1% interest compounded daily over 6 months leaves you with $6,115 in the bank. What might your leadership look like if you were six times more successful, or six times more confident, or six times more balanced.
-
Time off to rest and restore is essential to integrated leadership. You’ll observe that the meeting pattern slows down in November and December to create spaciousness for you to slow down. But that doesn’t mean you will be without support. Our text thread, office hours, and deep dives are available throughout the holiday season.
